Order and Shipping information

Most of our business is conducted locally in the Castro Valley, CA area, where we pickup your art and deliver the framed result. However, we also will do framing for you if you are not in one of our service areas!

Shipping:

Pickup and delivery in Castro Valley is free.

Pickup and delivery in Hayward, San Leandro, Dublin, San Ramon, and Pleasanton CA involves a nominal fee. Please Call or e-mail us.

Shipping Charges and insurance in continental USA (Shipped USPS ground 5 to 7 day service or DHL.) We charge you only for our actual shipping costs plus the cost to package your framed art for shipment.

Rush Shipments:

Call or e-mail for rates for overnight or 2nd or 3rd day service.

Shipping Times:

All of our frames are custom made and require assembly in Castro Valley, CA. We will usually ship within 10 days of your order.  During high volume times like the holiday season, shipping may take longer. We will notify you after receipt of your order if this will be the case.

Sales Tax:

All orders will be charged California sales tax for Castro Valley, CA.

Out of Stock Products:

If we are out of stock on the product you ordered we will notify you as such. You may then cancel or substitute your order to a product we have immediately available. No charges will be made until a product is actually shipped.

Warranty:

We offer a limited warranty on our products for materials and workmanship. This will be a “repair or replace” warranty, for one year from date of delivery. During the warranty period upon return of a defective product to us, freight prepaid (or delivered to our Castro Valley address), we will promptly either repair or replace it at no cost and will re-deliver it to you by UPS Ground at our expense. This warranty does not cover your artwork or other materials you may supply to us. If a returned product is found to not have any problems or defects, or if damaged by improper use or handling, it will be returned to you and there will be a return shipping and handling charge as described in "Shipping" above.
